Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities
This training is offered for employers in order to establish the necessary conditions for elderly employment so that managers at workplaces can improve their managerial skills regarding the characteristics and effective utilization of middle-aged and elderly employees. Training is also provided for middle-aged and eledery employees to help them improve their working styles and vocational capabilities.(Employers contribute 1/2 or 1/3 of the required expenses).

JEED offers training for employers and directors of employers' organizations to deepen their appreciation and understanding of progress and measures regarding aging, the importance of creating employment for the elderly, and the responsibility of employers in order to promote independent and active approaches to employment security for elderly employees.
JEED offers seminars for Promoters of Employment of the Elderly, who are responsible for practical business affairs at corporations, to promote active approaches to employment of the elderly by providing information relating to practical knowledge, good practices, and actual approaches by regions and industries regarding the establishment of conditions to promote employment of the elderly.
